Born in the south of Italy, Enzo discovered the versatility of fresh, home grown produce and how it can be turned into a masterpiece, then moving to the north of Italy with his family at the age of 10, discovering the alternative and traditional cooking styles of the northern regions. Enzo and his family moved to Australia in 1975 where Enzo discovered his passion to follow through with his desire to pursue this passion he has for food and cooking. Enzo and his brother Damiano have delivered what one would experience if visiting a local restaurant in the campagnia or shores of Italy.
