Along with this comes her artistic interior design which has given the restaurant a beautiful modern but elegant look. The front of house is run by Helga and Sebastian's wife Kristina. Helga and Kristina strive to ensure that every customer feels like they are at home with her friendliness and giving way. We guarantee that you will come back however it is up to you whether you come and try it for the first time. As well as there being the fantastic German cuisine there is also the rest of Europe to try here too. This is where Tobias and his brother Sebastian Sindermann come in. Being brothers, and the sons of the owner we deliver a service like no other. We must ensure that everything is perfect and that your food is great. It is our business.

Our first feeling was that we both wanted to deliver local produce driven, stripped back European provincial dishes with our modern take on the cuisines of the southern European Mediterranean nations i.e. Spain, France & Italy the positive aspects being we are not tied to one particular food style, can draw on different inspirations in decor, food design etc… While still incorporating a cold larder driven side of the menu .
Hans Lang and Marianne Kempf, both Certified Master Chefs from Germany, established the Gala Restaurant in 2002 after 14 years at the helm of the kitchen at the award winning Windows Restaurant at the Burswood Resort. The name "The Gala" was inspired by Salvatore Dali, who illustrated a cookbook with brush and paint in his unique way. The book is called "Dinners with Gala. Our industry is about trust and we guarantee our guests that we use the freshest produce available and that it is skilfully prepared by a committed team. Chapter One Brasserie
Hayley and Jason Walker would like to welcome you to their European style brasserie in the heart of Subiaco. Perfect to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, with ample parking at the rear of the restaurant off York Street. Jason began his career at The London Hilton before a successful career in five star cuisine with Europe’s top chefs, including Marco Pierre White, Eric Chavot, Gary Rhodes, and Pierre Koffman. Jason gained valuable knowledge as well as a great passion and enthusiasm for cooking whilst in London. He has brought this passion to Perth at Chapter One brasserie. Hayley learned the very best in hospitality systems and procedures under Rocco Forte, europe’s premier luxury hotel operator. From there she set up a bistro in Spain, beginning a love affair with Spanish cuisine. Back in London after five years, Hayley set up and managed a modern wine bar on The Kings Road in Chelsea, before moving up the road to work for Terrance Conran as a head waiter at The Bluebird Gastronome.
