Situated within the newly transformed Raffles Hotel in Applecross, South of Perth, Deco offers an unforgettable dining experience with views to take your breath away. While significantly renovated, the hotel has retained its art deco style. Fine food is partnered with even finer views in an atmosphere that exudes calm sophistication. From the minute you walk into the Lounge Bar on ground level, you will be blown away by the quality of the finishes, the service and of course the view. Make your way up the marble stairs to Deco, arguably one of Perth's best new restaurants. A cosy cocktail bar awaits you for pre-dinner drinks before you pass a spectacular tropical aquarium en route to your table. The restaurant's decor is slick and sophisticated, boasting a feature wall full of assorted wine bottles. Deco's wait staff are some of the best in town, leaving you for want of nothing without over-servicing. As you may have already guessed, the menu is sensational and worth the extra penny. Double Roasted Muscovy Duck, Roasted Mount Barker Chicken Supreme and Blue Manna Crab Pasta are all favourites here and surprisingly large serves prove you can combine quality and quantity. All seafood is purchased fresh at the daily fish auctions before making its way to Deco's kitchen. Deco is an unbelievable dining experience that will stand out in your memory.
The Oxford Hotel
Situated on the corner of Anzac Road at 368 Oxford Street Leederville, this historical Hotel was originally built in 1906. The Hotel underwent a major facelift in 2001, transforming the building into a modern sophisticated meeting place to catch up with friends, work colleagues, or to maybe meet that someone special. As you would expect from a building of this era, The Oxford exudes a cosy, rustic charm, which you experience from the moment you enter the front lounge which wraps around a unique sunken cellar with original limestone walls and timbered ceiling. Step up to the main bar or wander outside to the Brickworks Garden Bar and Café, Perth's only fully enclosed Garden Bar. To make this unique venue complete, our recently completed Function Centre situated on the top floor, with the same fabulous architecture and matching ambience, is also available to cater for all your entertaining needs.
