Ezard At Levantine Hill
Ezard at Levantine Hill is a gastronomic partnership between hatted chef Teage Ezard and Levantine Hill Estate. Levantine Hill is one of the most visually remarkable and exquisite destinations you will ever find. Set amid the rolling hills of the Yarra Valley and surrounded by picturesque vineyards, it offers the perfect setting for your next event. Teage Ezard has taken his famed gourmet experience outside the city limits to offer locals and visitors to the Yarra Valley the perfect dining match to Levantine Hill’s critically acclaimed wines. In amongst the stunning bucolic vineyard views, visitors can enjoy Levantine Hill wines matched to dishes inspired by the classic food styles of Europe, which Teage Ezard has enhanced with new flavours and combinations. The architecture has been personally designed by renowned architect Karl Fender of Fender Katsalidis Architects and interiors were meticulously designed by Molecule. The 100 metre sweep of the curved roof of the venue and the private barrel-like tasting booths reference the sleek curves of a wine barrel. On offer are two dining spaces. The All Day Dining space offers sharing plates to be enjoyed with great wine and company. The Signature Restaurant offers a five course and eight course tasting menu perfectly matched to Levantine Hill wines.
Paynes Rise Wines in the Upper Yarra Valley is a boutique winery specialising in small batch wines produced from carefully selected fruit from their vineyard in Seville, Victoria. It is the realisation of many years of hard work, dedication and passion of Tim and Narelle Cullen. Paynes Rise endeavour to produce varietal fruit driven wines with complexity, that are expressive of the vineyards unique qualities and upper Yarra cool climate. The very inviting cellar door is incorporated into the 1860′s homestead and property of Seville’s first settler, Thomas Payne. Our visitors have the opportunity to wander through the original house and outbuildings.

At Zonzo, the traditional Italian custom of the ‘shared table’ brings friends and family together to indulge in the very best of authentic Italian cuisine and premium wine. Situated within Zonzo Estate winery in the stunning Yarra Valley, Zonzo is surrounded by forty-five acres of vines and luscious lawn that not only provides picturesque views, but the opportunity for both adults and children to enjoy. Old world charm with new world style, this classic country Victorian hotel is at the heart of the Yarra Valley. In winter the bar is warm & cosy with several open fires while in the warmer months the fabulous garden of the hotel a favourite spot to while away a sunny afternoon or balmy summers night. The Harvest Bar & Garden's food and wine menu offers seasonal & regional cooking featuring many pub classics with a twist. Our fish & chips are made with coopers beer batter, the steaks are dry aged by our butcher, the chorizo sausages are handmade filled with spanish spiced pork & served with green olive & potato salad. The Hotel bar plays host to some fabulous dishes see our current menu to the right- Food is available every day from midday till 9pm. For something a bit more formal, Quince Dining is our new approach to smart, seasonal dining at the Healesville Hotel. Quince Dining embraces with a classical style and warm ambience - soaring pressed metal ceilings, crisp white linen, french wicker chairs and classic dark wood bentwoods. The room welcomes with an abundance of flowers & fresh produce from local farms & gardens and at night the room twinkles under candle light, in winter the open fires roar, in summer the dining-room spills to the courtyard with clothed tables & lamplight.
Yering Station was originally established in 1838 as Victoria's first vineyard and today, this family owned Winery Tourism Complex is reaching new heights. Beyond the manicured gardens lies the contemporary stone edifice, which houses the Wine Bar Restaurant and the winemaking facilities, seen through the viewing platforms. The restaurant's cuisine is modern with the emphasis on regional produce. The seasonal menu is designed to compliment Yering Station wines. The converted old winery building comprises a Produce Store show casing local produce, dynamic Art Gallery raising money for the Royal children's hospital, Matt's Bar the perfect place to enjoy a casual glass of wine with a gourmet snack and the Cellar Door. This is where you can taste the full range of the estate's award-winning wines, Barak's Bridge, Yering Station and Yarra Edge, along with the critically acclaimed traditional method, Yarrabank. Amongst other things, the barn hosts the forever-popular Regional Farmers market every 3rd Sunday of the month. Yering Station operates seven days.
Gracie's Restaurant @ Flowerdale Estate
Whether you are dining with friends or having a romantic dinner for two, Gracies offers a dining experience like no other. Set in a traditional Australian homestead style Gracies offers seating for up to 50 people in the main dining room. Open on Friday and Saturday evenings and for Breakfast and High Tea on Sunday, bookings are essential.
Since its founding in 1978, Victoria's Oakridge has been making wine in the Yarra Valley and has evolved to be an outstanding winery, regularly producing wines of exemplary quality and supported by a welcoming cellar door and restaurant. The contemporary restaurant gives way to the most stunning views the estate has to offer. With every turn of the season, our chef Jose Chavez adapts the menu by creating a selection of dishes guaranteed to excite your palate with cuisine relating to the surrounding produce and flavours of the Valley. Oakridge is a perfect location to for any special occasion. Either casual or formal, the restaurant dining room can seat up to 50 people for a sit down meal or up to 70 for a cocktail party. The cellar door area can also be utilised for bookings of up to 120 for a cocktail style celebration or 70 seated guests.
