Sut and Wine
Sut means charcoal in Korean and as the name suggests this is most certainly not your average suburban restaurant; conveniently located in Box Hill, Sut Korean BBQ offers traditional cuisine in a setting best described as ‘East meets West’. The a la carte menu is comprehensive, however, for a true dining experience the Korean BBQ will excite your taste buds with an abundance of flavours and it is of course the house specialty. Sut is BYO so you can enjoy your favourite beverage if you choose to bring it, though an excellent selection of wines is also available to complement your meal. A Bibimbap dish is also highly recommended featuring rice and seasonal Asian vegetables such as sliced cucumber, julienned carrot, bok-choy, beansprouts, daikon & mushroom.
